Jocs Boutique Hotel, Legian (Bali)

This hotel is wonderfully situated just a short stroll from Kuta/Legian Beach and surrounded by charming handcrafted stalls. The rooms, though slightly musty, offer basic amenities. The service is top-notch, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Dining is satisfactory with a modest buffet selection. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the beach and nearby shops. The facilities are decent overall.

I stayed at the hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated with a Javanese 'batik' theme, providing a traditional Indonesian atmosphere, but noise from the street could be disruptive early in the morning. The breakfast was average, with the saltiest fried noodle I've had in Bali. However, the location was convenient for exploring Kuta and Legian, with plenty of dining options nearby.
